Pricing

A firm number before any work starts.

We look at the line first, tell you the method it actually needs, and give you the price up front. No dispatch-then-surprise, no midnight surcharge games.

The two main services

What it costs

Flagship

Verified hydro jetting

Typically $785 – $1,200

Most accessible residential main-line jetting with camera verification lands in this range. Access, line length, roots or grease, and pipe condition set the final written quote — which you get before any cleaning begins. Includes the before/after camera passes and the footage.

One-off clog

Drain cleaning / cable clearing

Quoted at the visit

A straightforward cable clearing is our most affordable service, priced after a quick look at the line and access. If a cable is all it needs, that's what you pay for — and if the camera shows it needs jetting, we credit the visit toward it where it makes sense.

What moves the number

Why one job is $785 and another is $1,200

  • How the line is accessed, and how far the run is
  • Roots vs. grease vs. scale — and how much of it
  • Pipe condition and material (some lines can't be jetted at all)
  • Residential vs. commercial scope and line count
  • Travel to route-zone towns beyond the core service area

Not part of a cleaning quote

Repairs, replacements, excavation, new cleanouts or fixtures, grease-trap pumping/hauling, hazardous material, and unsafe or collapsed lines. If the camera shows the line needs any of that, we tell you and refer you to the right licensed pro — we don't fold it into a cleaning price or sell you work you don't need.

Commercial

Site-specific, always quoted first

Restaurants, parks, and portfolios get a written quote after a baseline site walk — line list, access, and history reviewed before anything's scheduled. See how commercial accounts work →
